PURPOSE: Curable and foaming compositions, a foamed product and a preparation method thereof are provided, which foamed product has a good heat-resistance, workability and formability, and pressure-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The compositions comprise:1) a polyolefin resin, 2) a (meta)acryl multifunctional monomer compound of the formula 1 or a dipropenyl compound of the formula 8, and 3) a thermo decomposable chemical foaming agent. In the formula 1, X represents an organic group having an aromatic, aliphatic or hetero ring at about center, R represents H or CmH(2m+1), and m is 1, 2 or 3. The (meta)acryl multifunctional monomer compound of the formula 1 or dipropenyl compound of the formula 8 and the foaming agent are used in a range of 1-10 parts by weight and in a range of 1-20 parts by weight, respectively, based on the 100 part by weight of the polyolefin resin. The polyolefin resin is preferably a polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, or a mixture thereof. The foamed product is prepared by molding the composition to a sheet, and curing and foaming the sheet. The foamed product is also prepared by melting the composition, molding the composition to a sheet, curing the sheet by exposing it to radioactive rays and/or UV light, heating it at a normal temperature, and foaming it. |
