PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present enormous data in an easily understandable form in a nuclear medical diagnostic device allowing whole body SPECT. SOLUTION: This nuclear medical diagnostic device is provided with an automatic carcinomatous tumor recognizing device 15 extracting lesion sections from the gray level distribution of the radiation isotope on multiple slices over nearly the whole body of a specimen, a three-dimensional semitransparent image generating device 20 extracting the contour of the body surface from the gray level distributions of multiple slices and generating a three-dimensional semitransparent image about the body surface of the specimen, and a diagnosis aid three- dimensional image generating device 21 distributively displaying marks indicating the extracted lesion sections on the semitransparent image. The marks indicating the extracted lesion sections are displayed on the three-dimensional semitransparent image about the body surface of the specimen in a distributed state. An observer can grasp how the lesion sections are distributed on the whole body at a glance.
