PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone reception order deciding system which can decide the reception order of telephone. SOLUTION: When a plurality of incoming calls complete, at least one condition of the number of incoming call times, the ringing time, the connection time and the continuing time of the incoming call is previously set in a priority setting part 170 for deciding priority for connection. When the incoming call satisfies the condition which is set, the reception order of the incoming call is set to be the first and it is outputted from a display part 180. When the number of incoming call times is not less than 10 times per hour, when connection time exceeds ten minutes or when ringing time or call waiting time exceeds ten minutes, for example, reception priority is set to be the first for outputting.
