<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release plural selection states where plural video encoding circuits are selected as monitor objects at the same time. SOLUTION: Each of slave units 10-30 checks the selection state of a video encoding circuit in its own unit when power is applied to its control circuit and releases it, when the state is set to plural selection states. Then a master unit 40 checks the selection state based on selection state data fed from each slave unit and deletes the selection state data stored in a built-in internal data storage memory, when none of the slave units selects monitor object. However, when there is a slave unit that selects a monitor object, the master unit 40 compares the monitor object selected by the slave unit with a monitor object comprehended by selection state data managed by the master unit 40 and allows the slave unit to release the selection of the monitor object, when they disagree.</p> |
