摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avert the degradation in production yield by the disconnection of signal lines by superposing conductive layer to regions inclusive of the intersecting parts of first signal lines among second signal wiring on second insulating films and connecting these conductive layers to the second signal lines through the through-holes formed in the second insulating films. SOLUTION: The respective pixels are arranged within the intersection regions (within the regions enclosed by the four signal lines) of the scanning signal lines GL and the two video signal lines DL adjacent to counter voltage signal lines CL. The scanning signal lines GL and the counter voltage signal lines CL are formed at the first layer and the video signal lines DL are formed via the insulating films. Protective films PSV are formed to cover the video signal lines DL and the conductive layers d3 are superposed on the regions inclusive of the intersection parts of the scanning signal lines GL among the video signal lines DL and are formed atop these protective films. The conductive layers d3 are connected to the video signal lines DL through the through-holes PSVOP formed on the protective films PSV on the respective sides with the scanning signal lines GL in-between.</p>
