摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active element circuit which can eliminate the nonuniformity of a display screen without any manifested writing order on the screen and obtain high picture quality. SOLUTION: The active element circuit 55 while writing an odd-numbered frame signal V(O) on a signal electrode to a 1st hold capacitor C1 by a 1st MOSFET(T1) in the period of an odd-numbered frame 1F reads out an even- numbered frame signal V(E) held temporarily in a 2nd hold capacitor by a 4th MOSFET(T4) and drives a pixel electrode 14 according to it. While a 2nd MOSFET(T2) writes an even-numbered frame signal V(E) on the signal electrode to a 2nd hold capacitor C2 in the period of an even-numbered frame 2F, a 3rd MOSFET(T3) reads out the even-numbered frame signal V(O) held temporarily in the 1st hold capacitor and drives the pixel electrode 14 according it. The writing order is not manifested as pixel driving order and all the pixels of a frame can be switched and displayed all at once.</p>
