PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multipurpose display panel that can cope with various elements being requested for an exhibition and the labor and the space for the display are minimized. SOLUTION: A panel 7, on which many slits 6 are provided, and an explanation panel are mounted in a freely attachable and detachable manner on a panel supporting body 5 which supports a top section rail 2 and a bottom section rail 3 by a vertical member 4. A mounting device 9 is provided for the rail 2 so that a separate panel 8 is mounted in a freely attachable and a detachable manner. Moreover, a supporting device 11 is provided on the body 5 to mount the body 5 onto an external supporting body 10 in a freely attachable and detachable manner. Thus, the panel 7 alone or the panel 7 and the explanation panel are mounted on the external supporting body 10 in a freely attachable and detachable manner. Of course the explanation panel is mounted on the panel 7 and samples and advertisement sheets are hanged on the slits 6. Moreover, the panel 8 is mounted on top of the body 5.
