<p>PURPOSE: The board has a connection between a control circuit and an electrical and/or electronic component having a reliability during any vibration, and in case of continuous production, because of no need of a wide variation of a conductor guiding part and circuit layout, the board reduces the cost. CONSTITUTION: The integrated circuit board includes one multi-layered board. The multi-layered board has a conductor line(51) for the connection of an electrical component(11) and several conductor line layers(41, 42, 45, 46) separated by an insulating layer(30) having a penetration contact line(55) for the electrical connection to a conductor of different conductor layers. The multi-layered board has a cut plane(2) confined by a region of the multi-layered board surface installed with a control circuit, and another electronic/electrical component(12), which is not included in the control circuit, is arranged on the cut plane. At least one additional inner conductor line layer(43, 44) is installed on the multi-layered board.</p> |
