PURPOSE: A storing device of thermal energy is provided to store the thermal energy by using the phase change of crystalline materials. CONSTITUTION: The storing device of thermal energy installs:a heat container(2) filled with the crystalline heat storing medium before acting; a heating/cooling transmitting channel(4) for transmitting the heat transfer substance(20) to a crystalline element(3) and a melting stuff(3a); an outflow transmitting channel(9) shown to the heating/cooling transmitting channel(4) of the heat container(2) through a circulating pump(21), a valve(6) and an input pipe(5) to transmit the heat transfer substance(20) by starting from a heat source(2) of a heat collecting unit(7); a heat exchanging unit(11) connected to the heat container(2); a hot-water feeding/storing boiler(11a); and an expansion tank(18) including the inactive gas.
