INTELLIGENT NETWORK AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROVIDED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligent network system which can timely change the content of service from a user side. SOLUTION: A service management system(SMS) 14 is provided with a function for changing the content of service registered in a master data base in response to requests from the terminals 26 and 28 of a user through Internet and the communication network 24 of a public exchange network and the like. An intelligent peripheral 22 and SMS14 which are connected to a service exchange point (SSP) 10 through a common line signal network 16, are connected by LAN/WAN 30. Thus, sound guidance outputted from the intelligent peripheral 22 can be changed in response to the request from the terminals 26 and 28 of the user.
