PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate components simply and accurately from a printed board without destroying the components. SOLUTION: As a printed board recycling device is constituted into such a structure that in case of a decomposition of a printed board 1, when an information fetching-in mechanism 4 takes information 30 required to a decomposition of a component 10 therein from an information housing component 3 provided in a wiring board 2, a control part 8 controls a first decomposition mechanism 6, which is a component detaching means, on the basis of the information, the mechanism 6 detaches insertion mounting components 10A from the board 1 and the control part 8 controls a second decomposition mechanism 7, on the hasis of the information from the mechanism 4 and information on weight from a weight instrument 5 and the mechanism 7 detaches surface mounting components 10B from the board 1, all the components, which are soldered to the board 1, can be detached accurately from the board 1 without breaking the components. Accordingly, the components 10 and the board 2 can be separated exactly and easily from the board 1.
