PURPOSE: A machine for punching and bending a metal sheet is provided to reduce the cost, to decrease the size compared with what is stood in a row with other machines and to reduce the power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The machine for punching and bending a metal sheet is composed of:a bending machine(1) for bending a side of a metal sheet(50); a manipulator-rotator(3) moving, connected to the bending machine(1) to automatically stand the metal sheet(50) while bending the sheet; at least one punching press(21, 30) for punching the metal sheet(50); and the manipulator-rotor(3) for automatically standing the metal sheet(50) while punching and bending the sheet.
