PURPOSE: A digitizer pointer is provided to improve a grip capability of the pointer by improving a digitizer stylus. CONSTITUTION: The digitizer pointer(1) comprises a sharp and long housing(3), a pressure sensitive tip(5), a finger wheel/dial(7), an eraser tip(11), an on/off clicking switch (9), a textured grip area(15) formed between the housing(3) and the pressure sensitive tip(5), and a grip region(17). The cross section of the grip region(17) has a big size compared to the cross section of the pressure sensitive tip(5). The grip region(17) further includes a bottom portion(21) and a taper part(57).
