ELECTRICAL TEMPERATURE SENSOR HAVING AT LEAST ONE LAYER AND MULTI-LAYER AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An electrical temperature sensor having at least one layer and multi-layer is provided to protect an external contamination and damage and has a chemical tolerance and a mechanical tolerance using a resistance layer with platinum. CONSTITUTION: The electrical temperature sensor comprises a resistance layer with platinum and an electrode, wherein the platinum is contained in an electrical insulating surface of ceramic board. In the electrical temperature sensor, the resistance layer has multi-layer to protect a contamination and damage. The resistance layer is insulated by a middle layer as a diffusion-boundary layer. The electrode is additionally insulated on opposite side to surface of resistance layer with a distance.
