INTERNAL MATERIAL FOR PREVENTING FLAT TIRE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An inner material for preventing a flat tire is provided to prevent the outflow of the air inside the tire and the reduction of efficiency and comfortableness inside the car and to have an excellent durability. CONSTITUTION: The inner material for preventing a flat tire has a tire(24) inserted in the outer circumferential face of a rim(22) completing a wheel and an inner material(26) combined on the inner circumferential face of the tire. Herein, a bend unit(28) bent toward the outside so the tire as to be fitted, hung into the end of the rim, and an air valve(30) is combined to insert the air in the middle part of the rim. Also, a disk a spoke and a spider and so on are connected to be fitted onto a car shaft in the inner part of the rim while the tire prevents the outflow of the air and suppresses the heat expansion caused by friction by forming an open space on the rim side therein.
