PURPOSE: A small turning type construction vehicle is provided to easily maintain without damaging the performance of machinery when placing all kinds of machinery on the rear space of the upper truing body. CONSTITUTION: The small turning type construction vehicle has the steps of:installing a lower traveling body(3) traveled by a caterpillar(2) in an oil pressure shovel(1); installing the upper turning body(4) to freely turn on the upper part of the lower traveling body; placing a cover for a driving chamber on one side of the upper turning body; placing a working oil tank(6) and fuel tank(7) on the other side; placing a boom(8) for supporting so the base end part as to revolve between a right and a left boom bracket in the center of the upper turning body; placing a balance bob in the circle circumferential part of the upper turning body.
