PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarized wave antenna capable of maintaining a fixed axial ratio band width regardlessly of the presence/absence of a radome. SOLUTION: In this circularly polarized wave antenna 10, distances s1 and s2 from the two sides of a radiation electrode 13 to the close corresponding side of the other main surface 11b of a base body 11 are set to values for making the fine change largely change the edge end capacity of the radiation electrode 13 in the short side direction of the other main surface 11b in a rectangular shape of the base body 11 and the distances t1 and t2 from the two sides of the radiation electrode 13 to the close corresponding side of the other main surface 11b of the base body 11 are set to the values for making the fine change hardly change the edge end capacity of the radiation electrode 13 in the long side direction of the other main surface 11b of the base body 11. Thus, the conditions of the shape of the radome and a material for constituting the radome, etc., are mitigated.
