PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do with only one global control signal in a fuse latch circuit, reduce costs for a global wiring and eliminate the problem of a propagation time of global control signals. SOLUTION: Information corresponding to a state of a fuse 10 is read out to a latch element 1 by a fuse initialization signal FINIT and a fuse set signal FSET mutually shifted in time, and stored in the element. In this case, delay elements 14, 15, 17 are used to form the fuse set signal FSET in addition to the fuse initialization signal FINIT from only one global initialization signal. Moreover, the fuse 10 is arranged between two MOS transistors 9 and 5 of the same conductive type.
