PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist device capable of increasing the degree of freedom in designing by providing a shock-resistant structure from the front side and preventing a screw member from being exposed to an external appearance. SOLUTION: This wrist device is provided with a device body case 2 having a groove section 10 provided along a peripheral edge section on the upper face, a frame member 8 with a nearly U-shaped cross section and having an opening section 8a arranged in the groove section 10 in the upward facing state, a cushioning member 9 inserted between the frame member 8 and the groove section 10 and cushioning a shock by the downward movement of the frame member 8, a screw member 7 fixed to the bottom of the groove section 10 through a fitting hole 8b provided on the frame member 8 and a fitting hole 9a provided on the cushioning member 9 and fitting the frame member 8 in the cushioned state by the cushioning member 9, and a bezel 3 fitted into the opening section 8a of the frame member 8 to cover the screw member 7.
