FREQUENCY CONTROL METHOD OF CDMA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM TO PREVENT COMMUNICATION QUALITY DECEASE IN SPITE OF TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL FAIL OF MOBILE STATION

PURPOSE: The method prevents the decrease of communication quality of other mobile stations where an interference wave does not generate a defect, when an unwanted interference wave generates in a cell because the mobile station loses the control of the transmission power. CONSTITUTION: When the difference between a reception Eb/IO and a reference Eb/IO exceeds a fixed value, the mobile station is determined to be out of order, and a base station instructs the mobile station to turn off power. If the base station does not check that the power of the mobile station is off, the base station instructs the mobile station to change frequency. If the frequency change of the mobile station can not be checked, the base station instructs normal mobile stations except the wrong mobile station to change frequency.
