THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE, POLYURETHANE ELASTIC FIBER MADE OF THE SAME, AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic polyurethane and an elastic fiber made of same are provided which are good in the stability in spinning, the heat resistance, the hot water resistance, the expansibility and the homogeneity of fiber. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic polyurethane is obtained by reacting:(A) polyol compositions of which the average number of the functional group of hydroxyl group is 2.006-2.100 mainly comprise 5-95% of polyesterpolyol of which enthalpy of crystallization is 70J/g or less and the number average molecular weight is 102000-5000 and 95-5% of polyetherpolyol of which the number average molecular weight is 52000-2500; (B) an organic diisocyanate; and (C) a chain-elongating agent; in the conditions of (b/(a+c) is from 1.00 to 1.10) wherein a is the total mole number of the polyol in the polyol compositions(A), b is the mole number of the organic diisocyanate, and c is the mole number of the chain-elongating agent. The thermoplastic polyurethane elastic fiber is made by melt spinning of polyurethane.
