METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSTALLING OVERSPEED GOVERNOR OF ELEVATOR

PURPOSE: A device for installing an overspeed governor is provided to use the overspeed governor while installing the elevator and to easily install. CONSTITUTION: A method and a device for installing an elevator for installing an overspeed governor(28) while installing the elevator comprises: fixing a suspension element(17) to the upper unit of an elevator shaft(2); inserting for fixing an element(30) for supporting the overspeed governor to the suspension element; adjusting the location of the overspeed governor for corresponding to the final arrangement of the overspeed governor vertically; installing an elevator guide rail(56); and removing the overspeed governor from the suspension element for being fixed to the guide rail.
