摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract a plurality of drive outputs in an ultrasonic motor. SOLUTION: Inner peripheral side circular parts 4 and outer peripheral side circular parts 5, which are divided in the radial direction by peripheral grooves 2b and which form a plurality of concentric resonators, are installed in elastic bodies 2 to which piezoelectric bodies 7 are adhered. Tooth comb parts 4a and 5a are formed, and the respective peripheral wall pasts 8b and 9b of rotors 8 and 9 are repulsively brought into contact with each other. An inner peripheral side electrode group and an outer peripheral side electrode group, which are polarized in accordance with the number of setting orders by individual resonance frequencies of the respective circular parts, are installed in the piezoelectric bodies. The high frequency voltage of the number of setting orders is inputted, and the corresponding rotor is driven. Since the resonance frequency in the number of the setting orders of the circular part and the resonance frequency in the number of setting orders in the adjacent circular part are separated for, the number of orders before and after the respective numbers of setting orders are mutually detached, stable and independent resonance is realized without interference, and a plurality of independent driving forces can be extracted with a simple structure in which are elastic body is divided by the peripheral direction groove.
