PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce running costs by effectually using the midnight electric power, and raise efficiency of use of the midnight electric power by effectually consuming ice made by the midnight electric power. SOLUTION: An air conditioning device making use of ice heat storage is incorporated with a plurality of indoor units 1 which are set indoors, an outdoor unit 2 which is connected to the indoor units 1, and a refrigerant heat exchanging pipe 10 for freezing water by refrigerant supplied from the outdoor unit 2, and comprises a heat storage unit 3 for storing ice which has been frozen in the refrigerant heat exchanging pipe 10. The device is constituted such that the outdoor unit 2 cools the indoor units 1, and ice is stored in the heat storage unit 3 by making use of the midnight electric power, and cooling is conducted by using heat of fusion of the ice stored in the heat storage unit 3. Further, in addition to the refrigerant heat exchanging pipe 10 for freezing water to be stored, the heat storage unit 3 has a built-in sub-heat exchanging pipe 14 for fusing ice which is stored in the heat storage 3 by permitting water or air to pass therethrough.
