PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cutting property for ribbon-like thin film joint material such as a resin film, etc., and the releasing property of cut pieces from a lower blade, prolong the cutting performance of cutting blade, and ease the feed-out of the ribbon-like thin film joint material. SOLUTION: While an upper blade 1A is fixed, a lower blade 2A is slided vertically to cut a ribbon-like resin film 8. The blade tip 1Aa of the upper blade 1A is inclined at several degrees of inclination to the blade tip 2Ab of the lower blade 2A, and the lower blade 2A is pressed to the upper blade 1A in vertically movable state by a roller 8a so as to make a lower blade surface 2Ae to be sattin finished surface, and then recessed parts are provided to the sliding surface sides of the upper blade 1A and lower blade 2A excluding the vicinity of blade tip and a second blade tip 2Ac is provided to a blade tip piece 2Aa while making the blade tip piece 2Aa of the lower blade 2A freely attachable and detachable. Further, the driving roller for feeding out a ribbon- like thin film joint material is made to have a circular shape of larger diameter in the central part than both end parts.
