PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the difference of a distance between a light source and a lens by providing a first member provided with plural light incident/emission points on an end face, an optical means and plural second members composed of a transparent body and provided with a plane roughly vertical to an optical axis. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with the first member 44 provided with the (m) (m>=2) pieces of the light incident/emission points 42#i (i=1-m), the optical means 46 for converging light made incident and emitted from the respective light incident/emission points 42#i (i=1-m) of the first member 44 and at least (m-1) pieces of the second members 48 provided in the optical axis 50#j for connecting the light made incident and emitted from one of the light incident/emission point 42#j and the optical means 46, composed of the transparent body and provided with the plane roughly vertical to the optical axis 50#j. For instance, at the time of defining the refractive index of the medium of the boundary surface of the second members 48 as 1 and the refractive index of the second members 48 as n>1, by having the light pass through the second members 48 of the refractive index n>1, an apparent optical path length is shortened byΔz compared with the case without the second members 48. Thus, the light source gets closer to the optical means 46 by that portion.
