PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the strength control of at least one wavelength by arranging a rotatable interference filter inside an optical illumination path. SOLUTION: Inside a laser module M, several lasers L1-L3 having different wavelengths are arranged and these lasers are synthesized through a mirror or beam splitter S4 and connected into an optical cable F inside a connecting unit FC. Before a connection, these lasers are passed through a mirror S5 and filter unit FE and convert directions through the filter unit FE again so as to be turned toward the connecting unit FC. Inside the filter unit FE, a dichroic filter is arranged and these filters have reflectance depending on wavelengths and angles. In this case, 45 deg. is optimum as the inclination of the mirror S5, for example, namely, in the case of 45 deg., concerning a certain wavelength, the maximum reflectance exists. Therefore, the transmission of each wavelength is continuously controlled by rotating.
