PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifying device for dynamo-electric machine having a highly productive small equalizer. SOLUTION: This rectifying device for dynamo-electric machine is provided with a commutator 6 arranged with a plurality of commutator segments in the peripheral direction, a brush 8 brought into contact with the commutator segments, and an equalizer 7 in which the commutator segments are to be at the same potential are connected with each other. The equalizer 7 includes an insulating substrate, and a printed circuit board constituted of a conductive membrane formed on the insulating substrate and a connecting plate electrically/ connected with the commutator segments.
