PURPOSE: A tape cartridge is provided to quickly exchange the tape for transcribing the painting film by improving the refill-typed painting film transcriber structure able to use by pulling the film horizontally. CONSTITUTION: The tape cartridge(C) is composed of: a supporting substrate(20); a transfer reel(3) winding a painting film transcribing tape(T); a winding reel(4) recovering a painting film transcribing tape(T') and able to revolve; a head(H) for transcribing the painting film, installed to revolve around the axial center of the head(H) to pressurize the painting film transcribing tape(T) on a part to be transcribed; and a plane supporting substrate(20) installed within the range of having the maintenance function of both reels(3, 4) and the head(H).
