PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly efficient motor having a good magnetic characteristic by forming an annular magnet integrally with a yoke by press-fitting the magnet in the yoke. SOLUTION: The yoke 33 of a motor has a step section 33B on its inner peripheral surface 33A and an annular magnet 34 having an outside diameter which is slightly larger than the inside diameter of the inner peripheral surface 33A is formed integrally with the yoke 33 by press-fitting the magnet 34 in the yoke 33 by means of a press-fitting jig 4. When an adhesive is applied to the inner peripheral surface 33A of the yoke 33 or the outer peripheral surface 34B of the magnet 34 before the magnet 34 is press-fitted in the yoke 4, the magnet 34 can be united more surely with the yoke 33. Therefore, the electrical characteristic of the motor can be improved remarkably, because the magnetic gap formed between the inner peripheral surface 34A of the magnet 34 and the outer peripheral surface of a core 23 facing the surface 34A can be made narrower in width.
