PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the generation of normal data and to improve a reception rate by extracting and combining normal information from plural pieces of error data based on error detection information and reception electric field level information. SOLUTION: A signal demodulated by a radio reception part 2 is sent to and error data detecting part 3 and the presence/absence of error in data is investigated. When correction is possible the signal is sent to a data decoding part 7 and decoded. In the case of the data for which error correction is impossible, they are sent to a storage part 5 and stored together with the information of a reception electric field level detecting part 4. Next, data retried or continuously sent are received, the error correction-impossible data are stored in the storage part 5, a data comparing part compares these data with the preceding data information and exchanges only the normal data part, and when normal data are generated, they are sent to the data decoding part 7 and decoded. When normal data can not be obtained, those data are stored in the storage part 5, and the similar processing is performed with the next received data, and even when there is a partial error, normal data can be generated.
