<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric double-layer capacitor having an objective breakdown voltage at a low cost by using a semiconductor element or the like of low cost which is used for general purpose, without increasing the number of capacitors. SOLUTION: An electric double-layer capacitor 10 is constituted by combining a constant voltage circuit 20, constituted of a two-terminal Zener diode 29 having a rating such that the Zener voltage does not exceed the breakdown voltage of the capacitor 10. In the constant voltage circuit 20, a collector of a transistor 31 and one end of a resistor 26 are connected with an input terminal 23, an emitter of the transistor 31 is connected with an output terminal 24, the other end of the resistor 26 is connected with the base of the transistor 31 and the cathode of the two-terminal Zener diode 29, and the anode of the two-terminal Zener diode 29 is connected with a common terminal 25. The electric double-layer capacitor 10 is interposed between the output terminal 24 and the common terminal 25.</p> |
