PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detach a panel. SOLUTION: A luminaire body 11 and a panel 12 facing the luminaire body 11 are provided. A body side mounting bracket 13 is protruded toward the panel 12 side from the luminaire body 11, and a panel side mounting bracket 14 is protruded toward the luminaire body 11 side from the panel 12. An insertion hole 39 is provided in the body side mounting bracket 13, and an engagement section 43 the tip side of which is inserted from the upper part by the insertion hole 39 and is engaged with the rim part of the lower surface of the insertion hole 39 is provided on the panel side mounting bracket 14. A fixing means 15 to detachably fix the body side mounting bracket 13 and the panel side mounting bracket 14 is provided with the insertion hole 39 inserted in and engaged with the engagement section 43.
