ELECTRONIC BANKING SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH LOCK MEANS BASED UPON HANDLING UPPER-LIMIT AMOUNT OF MONEY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe system with high operation efficiency which can generate transfer data on a computer terminal from an employee and a purchasing source master of salary calculation, purchasing management, etc., of a company and immediately transmit them from the computer terminal directly to a bank. SOLUTION: The system which processes the operation of the company by using the computer terminal is equipped with a communication setting means 13 which makes connectable the communication line 8 between the computer terminal 1 and bank, a transmit command means 14 which connects the communication terminal 8 and commands transfer data transmission from the computer terminal 1 to the bank, and a lock means which locks the computer terminal 1 when the handling upper- limit amount of money predetermined for a transfer data creator is exceeded. Then the communication setting means 13 makes the communication line 8 between the computer terminal and bank always connectable as a background process and the lock means generates the transfer data so that the handling upper-limit amount of money is not exceeded; and a transmit command means 14 transmits transfer data on payment to the generated transfer destination to the bank.
