PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable development without coagulating a polymer even in the case of high solution temperature by incorporating a surfactant having at least one of alkyl and aryl groups having a specified carbon number or more. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition which constitutes the photosensitive layer and used for the printing plate contains a water-soluble or water-swellable polyamide having polyether segments in a molecular chain, and the developing solution for the printing plate contains the surfactant having at least one of a >=12C alkyl or aryl group, and a surfactant having only a <12C alkyl group cannot attain a sufficient coagulation preventive effect, thus permitting coagulation of a polymer to be prevented and coagulation products to be perfectly eliminated. |
