PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an interlayer connection between bus bars respectively arranged and fixed on the front and rear surfaces of an insulating substrate easier and inexpensive, and at the same time, to improve the economy of the bus bars by improving the latitude in design and dimensional accuracy of the bars. SOLUTION: Bus bars 12A and 12B, respectively arranged and fixed on the front and rear surfaces of an insulating substrate 11, are connected electrically to each other through an electric wire 20 by forming electric wire press- contacting blades 15A and 15B into the bus bars 12A and 12B in the width direction from the side edges of the bus bars 12A and 12B and a notch 16 into the substrate 11 for avoiding the jointing of the electric wire press- contacting blade forming sections of the bus bars 12A and 12B with the substrate and connecting the electric wire 20 to the electric wire press-contacting blades 15A and 15B by making the wire 20 bite into the blades 15A and 15B.
