PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw a hairline pattern in a wide two-dimensional area even in a device with small memory capacity. SOLUTION: The size of an outputted image is separated, based on the size of the outputted image inputted from a parameter input device 1 and memory capacity to be used by a raster drawing device 5 and information on the separated areas is transferred to the raster drawing device 5 by an area separating device 4. The hairline pattern is drawn, based on hairline data by every separated area by the raster drawing device 5. In this case, line width is attached to the hairline pattern, based on a function to determine the inputted line width. When the hairline pattern of one separated area is drawn, the drawn hair line pattern is transferred to an image output device 6 by the raster drawing device 5. The hairline pattern is outputted by the image output device 6. |
