PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure and control of an ice heat storage system of a dynamic ice making method. SOLUTION: Reserved water 15 in a heat storage tank 10 is led to a supercooling water tank 11. While passing through the supercooling water tank 11, the reserved water 15 is cooled by a supercooling coil 12 which is arranged in the tank, and turned into supercooling water. The supercooling water is then led to a release plate 17, turned into ice 19 being released from the supercooling condition with an impulse being given, and thrown into the storage tank. The reserved water in the heat storage tank is led into the supercooling water tank through its lower wall surface or its bottom portion and permitted to statically ascend and flow out from the upper portion thereof, and led to the release plate.
