PURPOSE: An information processing device is provided to change the action state of the signal processing circuit corresponding to the outer action state set up signal. CONSTITUTION: The signal processing device comprises: a signal processing circuit to perform a certain process of an input information signal; a control signal source to supply a control signal to the signal processing circuit; an action condition setting up circuit to generate the action condition set up signal of the signal processing circuit corresponding to the control signal; and a signal change circuit to change the action state of the signal processing circuit corresponding to the control signal. Herein, when an image information is converted, a class is detected corresponding to multiple pixels of an input image signal. Accordingly, suspended images and dynamic images are obtained having better quality than that of former image information conversion device.
