COOLING PLANT FOR CONDENSING OIL FRACTION WHILE TRANSFERRING OIL TO TANKER

PURPOSE: A cooling system is provided to reduce the cost for manufacturing a product, carrying and repairing the product. CONSTITUTION: The cooling system is composed of:a cooler(18) for cooling the refrigerant; a storing tank(20); a heat exchanger(4) making the cooled refrigerant become hot; a collecting tank(22); the refrigerant condensing the oil fraction while transferring the oil to the tanker in the process of returning to the cooler(18), the storing tank(20), the heat exchanger(4), the collecting tank(22) and the cooler(18) in continuous order; and a cooling plat(14) including a storing tank(20) having the capacity to at least adequately store the refrigerant needed in the gas condensation when shipping.
