VOLTAGE-CURRENT CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A voltage-current converter is provided to considerably reduce a chip area and power consumption by using the converter as a low-band passing filter and minimize processing cost by implementing all components in a digital CMOS process. CONSTITUTION: The converter comprises a synchronous resister(R1) and a current mirror. The resister(R1) converts an input resister(R) and an input voltage signal(V1) into an intermediate current signal(Ii). The current mirror has at least two transistors and dominant poles, and generates an output current signal(Io) from the signal(Ii). The resister(R1) is generated from an inverse amplifier having voltage gain and a transistor having mutual conductance.
