PURPOSE: A reflective liquid crystal display(LCD) device is provided to brighten a display by improving reflectivity of the surface on display electrode. CONSTITUTION: In the reflective LCD device, an active layer having a gate electrode(11), a gate insulating layer(12), source(14s), and drain(14d), an interlayer dielectrics(ILD, 15), and a planarization dielectric layer(17) are deposited subsequently on the insulating substrate(10) made of an aluminum and a display electrode(18) connected with the source(14a) is formed on the planarization dielectric layer(17). The display electrode(18) is made of an aluminium, and a backside electrode made of a molybdenum or a titanium is formed at the backside of the display electrode(18).
