PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium which can contribute to improving detection accuracy of a header. SOLUTION: A disk type information recording medium is provided with a land track L22, a groove track G32, a land region HF provided between each track, first header regions H22-1, H22-2 which are arranged in the land region and in which first header data is recorded along a extended line of a center line of a land track, a first data region L22 in which the prescribed data is recorded along a center line of a land track, second header regions H32-3, H32-4 which are arranged in the land region and in which second header data is recorded along a extended line of a center line of a groove track, and a second data region G32 in which the prescribed data is recorded along a center line of a groove track. |
