PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method which can print a page including a place to be corrected in the edition of a document of many pages by recognizing pages which are corrected but are not printed from the previous document edition till the current document edition processing and printing only the pages that are edited. SOLUTION: A document data reading part 1 reads a document to be edited from an old document data storing part 21 and stores it in a new document data storing part 22 that stores document information after editing. An edition processing analyzing part 3 analyzes the edition operation results of the document and an edition processing storing part 4 records them in the new document data storing part 22. A print processing part 5 analyzes an unprinted page in a print page analyzing part 51 and prints only a corrected page in a print executing part 52 according to the analytical results. After the printing, the information of a new unprinted page data part 222 is updated. Then, the reprinting of a printed page is prevented from being performed and print paper and a printer are effectively utilized. |
