PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a unit individual without any cut burr by forming a metal layer on each flat surface of each surface of the front and rear and the side surface of an insulation substrate as front, rear, and side surface electrodes, and separating connecting wiring while maintaining each independence. SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 4 is individually mounted to each of surface electrodes 3a-3f for surface electrodes 2a-2f that are subjected to pattern formation and the surface electrodes 3a-3f that oppose them in an insulation substrate 1, and is electrically connected to the surface electrodes 2a-2f via a metal wire 5. As a result, each light-emitting device 4 can operate as a diode. Then, the insulation substrate 1 that is molded by a sealing resin 6 is cut and separated by a cut line 7 and is divided into individuals 8a-8c. As a result, since the surface electrodes 2a-2f and the surface electrodes 3a-3f are in pairs and are independent and do not have any wiring, thus preventing a metal burr from being generated in cutting and splitting. |
