<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ATM cell transmitter capable of preventing the quality of reproduced data from being degraded in the case of transmitting/receiving time-sequentially continued audio signals or the like by an ATM communication system. SOLUTION: In this ATM cell transmitter constituted so that data for transmission is inserted into an ATM cell to transmit the ATM cell through an ATM transmission line to ATM cell reception equipment, at the time of ordinary transmission after transmission start, at least one set of latest data for transmitted (data 8) to be newly transmitted, one set of data for transmission (data 7) respectively time sequentially continued to one set of latest data for transmission (data 8) corresponding to the data for latest transmission just before transmission and further one set of data for transmission (data 6) corresponding to the data for latest transmission just before transmission are transmitted while being inserted into the ATM cells.</p> |
