PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data that flows on a communication line with one-time processing and also to minimize the frequency of processings themselves in order to stabilize the time from a display request made by a user till the start of display and also to shorten the time as much as possible. SOLUTION: The retrieval time is shortened by such manners that a database is preliminarily retrieved in a database side computer 12 and that the result is stored in the computer 12 and is transferred to an application side computer 21 at the time of receiving a request. Also, transfer time is reduced by compressing data at the time of transferring and processing can be completed in a little time even about mass display data.
