PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and facilitate the assembling and repair by mounting a cover on a case body in such a manner as to be movable between opened and closed states and attachable and detachable, and engagingly locking the cover to the case body under the closed condition where the cover is put thereon. SOLUTION: This shield case is formed into a hollowed rectangular box as the whole by integrally assembling a cover 12 to a case body 10. The case body 10 comprises rectangular wall side plates 14 stood at a right angle and support side plates 16 stood at a right angle from the short edge of a bottom plate. The free end of each support side plate 16 is bent at a right angle outward to form a base for supporting the other part. The cover 12 comprises a flat rectangular top plate and rectangular side plates 18 bent at a right angle from a pair of long edges of the top plate, which are integrated in reverse U-shape as the whole. As mooring means, receiving parts are provided on the side plates 18 of the cover 12 and mooring parts are provided on the wall side parts 14. As engagingly locking means, protrusions are provided on the wall side parts 14, and recess are provided on the side plates 18 of the cover 12.
