PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for visualizing a flow that can be applied under wide temperature conditions by breaking an application limit that depends on temperature at a measurement site by selectively a laser beam oscillating so that a tracer can emit laser-induced fluorescence at a desired energy level in a laser inadiation process. SOLUTION: A laser 11 for emitting a laser beam LO is composed as an OPO system with a coloring matter laser or an optical parametric oscillator(OPO). In the laser 11, ' excitation' and 'oscillation by selecting wavelength' operations can be made and an optimum vibration energy level of nitrogen monoxide can be used for the temperature of a measurement site 13. Then, when a sheet-shaped laser beam LS is applied, nitrogen monoxide emits laser- induced fluorescence even if the measurement site 13 is at normal temperature since a wavelength where nitrogen monoxide emits the laser-induced fluorescence at a low energy level by the laser 11. By shooting the fluorescence using a camera 17, the flow can be made visible more clearly.
