PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fabrication method of a solar cell module which can realize rationalization of fabrication processes while reducing the fabrication cost. SOLUTION: First through third trenches 17-19 are made simultaneously by a laser scribing method in a material formed by laminating a transmissive insulating substrate 11, a first electrode 12 of transmissive conductive film, an amorphous silicon layer 13 and a second electrode 14 sequentially and a plurality of sets of trenches 17-19 are made. Subsequently, the first and third trench 17, 19 are filled with an insulating material and an electrode 22 having a contact part 22a filling the second trench 18 is formed between insulating parts filling adjacent third trenches 19 thus connecting power generating parts I, II in series through the contact part 22a.
